A Gradual Integration
In addition to the welcome booklet, we have set up an integration course aimed at presenting the company and its various departments. Thus, each newcomer is given time to discuss with the process managers: production, quality, supply chain, business, human resources, technical, sales, finance, etc…
After a few weeks of immersion, we invite the newcomer to submit an astonishment report, to identify the strong points and areas of progress in our integration.
Training in our products is also provided, and field” immersion is offered as required.

A bet on the future for the plastics industry
We are committed to training young people and attracting them to our businesses. For example, we welcome apprentices from the plastics industry, among others, but also trainees from all backgrounds to open the doors to the industrial world. Several of our managers are trained in tutoring and carry out this function with great kindness.
