Professional equality index

What is the professional equality index?

The professional equality index was introduced by the Law on Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future in 2018 and is mandatory for all companies with more than 50 employees.

This index allows us to assess the level of gender equality within the company based on a 100-point scale.

Below are the criteria assessed and the results for ADDIPLAST in 2025: they are better than in 2024!

  • The gap in individual pay increases: 35/35
  • The number of female employees receiving a pay increase following maternity leave: Not calculable
  • Parity among the 10 highest paid employees: 5/10
